Please read the following information regarding our refund policy for virtual and disposable numbers carefully.

Refund Policy for Virtual Numbers

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • The client cancels the service before the end of the paid period at their own discretion, unrelated to technical failures;
  • The client deactivates/deletes paid services while unused funds remain on the balance;
  • Verification issues: We request identity documents to activate a number, but the client refuses to provide them, despite agreeing to this condition during checkout;
  • Violations: The services were used in violation of local laws, for fraudulent activities, or we received complaints from local providers or law enforcement agencies;
  • The client ignored the specific “limitations” indicated for an SMS number; in such cases, no cancellation or free replacement is provided;
  • Platform compatibility: The Company provided a number marked “For Registration,” which functions correctly and receives SMS from most services but does not receive SMS from one specific service. In this case, the Company’s obligations are considered fulfilled;
  • The Caller ID service cannot be provided due to technical reasons — the service is non-refundable;
  • The client changed their mind after placing the order or accidentally topped up their balance;
  • Any other cases where the client misunderstood how our services work;
  • Certain platforms have their own restrictions that may prevent receiving SMS from specific numbers or operators;
  • If a customer successfully creates an account using a number provided by our service, and subsequently that account is blocked, restricted, or deleted by a third-party online platform, no refunds or free number replacements will be provided. Such actions are determined solely by the policies of the respective platform and the customer’s own usage of the account. These factors are beyond our control and responsibility. Our service is limited to providing telephone numbers and ensuring they function correctly to receive messages. We do not guarantee successful registration, continued use, or the safety of accounts on third-party platforms.

We guarantee a full refund to your personal account balance in the following cases:

  • A rented number was inactive for more than 24 hours (due to the Company’s fault); downtime is compensated by the Company starting from the moment the client contacts support;
  • The number was disconnected or blocked by the local operator for reasons unrelated to the client’s actions;
  • We are unable to provide a paid number for reasons beyond the Company’s control.

Important Payment Information:

  • Refunds to the personal account balance are processed within 1–5 working days.
  • Direct refunds to the client’s original payment method are available only upon personal request. All refund requests must be sent to [email protected].
  • Requests are processed by the billing department within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Your request must include: service name, amount, reason for refund, and your payment details. Without this information, the request will not be considered.

Refund Policy for Disposable Numbers

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The SMS text appears in the order table. In this case, the Company’s obligations are considered fulfilled. Any further issues regarding the account registered with this number are beyond our responsibility.

Automatic refunds to balance:

  • If an SMS was not received and the incoming SMS table is empty. Such refunds are processed automatically within 15–20 minutes.
