How it works
STEP 1
Pick a country & plan
1, 3, 6 or 12 months - longer plans cost less per month.
STEP 2
The number becomes yours
It's reserved for you alone for the whole term you're paying for.
STEP 3
Link it everywhere
WhatsApp, Telegram, marketplaces, banks - one number, unlimited codes, full SMS history.
STEP 4
Auto-renews from your balance
The fee comes off your Freeje balance at the end of each term - we remind you before every charge. If it isn't covered, the number is frozen and then removed from your account within a week or two.

The questions everyone asks
One-time numbers: if the incoming-SMS table stays empty, you're refunded to your balance automatically within 15-20 minutes. If you do not receive the code, please contact our customer support team.
A one-time number is valid for receiving a single OTP message, after which it is deleted from the system.
If the payment doesn't go through, the service is suspended until the debt is cleared - and once the rental period expires, the number may be reassigned to another user. Renew your number rental on time to avoid service disruption.
Any time from your dashboard. You keep the number until the end of the period you've already paid for and won't be charged again - per our refund policy, cancelling early doesn't refund the unused part of that period.
Most numbers need no documents at all and activate instantly. A handful of countries require ID verification by local law - those are flagged on the country's own page before you buy, and typically activate within 1-2 business days once your documents are reviewed (up to 5 in rare cases).
In the case of Freeje, this situation can only arise if there are insufficient funds in your account when the subscription fee is debited. Service for the numbers will be suspended until the debt is settled. Support and access to your account will remain active. Numbers on a suspended account are held for about a week or two and then removed from it, so top up in good time. If the number is still free afterwards you can take it again - but as a new order, paying the setup fee and the rental price over again.
Card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) via Stripe, crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH, TRX, LTC), Perfect Money, or wire transfer/invoice in EUR or USD - plus dozens of regional methods across Asia and Latin America (GCash, local bank transfers, Boleto, and more). Card and crypto top-ups usually land in 2-3 minutes; bank transfers post once the transaction clears.
79 countries today, and the list changes as carrier availability changes - check a country's own page for its current, live line-up of numbers and prices.
One-time numbers are checked against the target service before sale and retired right after use. Subscription numbers are reserved exclusively for you for as long as you rent them.
You'll get an email once the recording is ready - for a more complex voice menu with internal extensions, contact support directly to clarify the details of the order for these settings.
Open the number's settings in your dashboard and pick a destination: your own phone (international format), a Telegram username or number, or a SIP client - ours or your own. You can change the destination at any time without losing the number itself.
A small share of our monthly (permanent) numbers come with a memorable, easy-to-recall number - repeating or sequential digits - marked GOLD in the list. They cost more than a standard line of the same type, since the number itself is the product, not just the line.
A number that was previously on hire and has been returned to stock; it is usually cheaper than new numbers of the same type. It is a standard working number, just like any other – we simply cannot guarantee that it is not already registered with certain services. When placing your order, you can contact our support team to specify exactly which services you need the number for, and we’ll do our best to find the number that suits you best.
You can rent this number for a minimum of one month. Some monthly numbers require a minimum number of months shown as "Minimum rental term" before you buy. At the end of the rental period, the subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance. To avoid making monthly top-ups, you can also purchase it outright for 3, 6 or 12 months and receive a nice discount of 3, 5 or 10%.
Open the service you need and get to the screen that asks for your phone number *before* you request the one-time number - it's active for a limited time, so the faster you enter it, the better. Once you have the number, enter it right away and watch the SMS column in your dashboard to see the code.
This is the ideal solution for a customer support team or a business that receives a large number of incoming calls. With a toll-free number, callers in the selected country can contact you free of charge, whilst you pay for each minute of the call. The number is multi-channel, allowing several customers to call and get through at the same time. You can order these separately from standard voice numbers via your control panel.
A virtual number is a purely virtual line, which is quite suitable for most services. A non-VoIP number is a real, physical SIM card from a mobile network operator, so to social media platforms and web services, it looks exactly the same as a number on someone’s physical mobile phone. To use number for most services worldwide, particularly those with strict security algorithms, we recommend choosing the second option.
Yes - team accounts let you invite colleagues, assign roles, and keep one company billing account rather than juggling separate personal numbers and cards.
